New attack | IS*IS cells target a convoy of “SDF” in Al-Raqqa countryside

Al-Raqqa province: Members of ISIS cells fired machineguns on a convoy comprising five tanks filled with “fuel” of SDF on Al-Abyad Road between Al-Raqqa and Al-Hasakah Cities. However, no casualties were reported.

SOHR has documented 225 operations carried out by ISIS, including armed attacks, executions and explosions targeting military and security forces, in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration since early 2024. According to SOHR statistics, these operations left 98 fatalities:

63 members of SDF, the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) and other military formations operating in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.

12 ISIS members.

23 civilians, including a child, a witch and four guards of civil institutions.

These operations are distributed regionally as follows:

Deir Ezzor: 194 attacks left 46 combatants, 17 civilians, including a child and two women, and eight ISIS members dead.

Al-Hasakah: 16 attacks left ten combatants, four ISIS members and a civilian dead.

Al-Raqqah: 14 attacks left seven combatants and five civilians, including four guards of civil institutions of the Autonomous Administration, dead.

Aleppo: One operation left no fatalities.
