Syrian desert | Intensive Russian airstrikes target sites where “ISIS” members hide in

Russian warplanes launched intensive airstrikes on sites where members of “ISIS” cells are hiding in different areas of Homs desert, specifically targeting the mountains surrounding Al-Sukhnah, Palmyra and the vicinity of Tuwaynan in the eastern countryside of Homs, as well as Al-Rusafah desert in the western countryside of Al-Raqqah.
These strikes coincided with a remarkable escalation by “ISIS” cells and the intensification of their attacks against regime forces in various areas of the Syrian desert, leaving causalities.
Yesterday, Russian fighter jets executed several airstrikes on ISIS hideouts in Homs desert, where ISIS members launch their attacks against regime forces and their proxies. However, no casualties have been reported.
