Turkish bombardment | Three children killed in artillery fire on Ain Issa town in northern Al-Raqqah countryside
Al-Raqqah province: Three children were killed in artillery fire by Turkish forces and their proxies on Ain Issa town in northern Al-Raqqah countryside within SDF-held areas. This coincided with a state of panic among civilians, fearing renewed bombardment on the town.
This comes in light of the ongoing exchange of attacks between Turkish forces and their proxies on one hand, and SDF on the other, which have left casualties among civilians and combatants.
On October 18, SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces and their proxies stationed in “Peace Spring” area fired artillery shells on Al-Swaydeyah village in eastern Ain Issa in SDF-held areas, but no further details have been reported yet about the number of casualties and material damage caused by the recent bombardment.
