Ongoing uprising | Dozens of people go out in protests in northern Syria, demanding start military action and open frontlines

Anti-HTS demonstrations continue in northern Syria, where protestors demand start military action and the opening of frontlines with regime forces, the disclosure of the fate of detainees and their release and put an end to the violations against civilians.

 

In this context, dozens of people from the cities and towns of Idlib, Binnish, Armanaz and Kafr Takharim in Idlib countryside went out in  protests against HTS and its leader, “Abu Muhammad Al-Joulani.”

 

The protesters lifted placards with slogans written on them emphasizing their demands, the most prominent of which are read “down with Al-Joulani” and “open the frontlines.”

 

On October 7, SOHR sources reported that dozens of women went out in a protest, demanding the disclosure of the detainees’ fate in HTS prisons, following up their conditions and releasing them. The protesters gathered in front of the Court of Grievances/ Diwan Al-Mazalim in an attempt to reach the office’s official, but the gate guards prevented the women from entering.
