Security chaos | Three people injured in in attack on vehicle of “Public Committee” on highway between Daraa and Damascus

Daraa province: Three people were injured after unidentified gunmen targeted a vehicle of public committees of the Military Intelligence near the bridge of Mahja Town on the highway between Daraa and Damascus, and they were taken to a hospital to receive proper medication.

Since early 2024, SOHR activists have documented 272 incidents of security disorder in Daraa province, which left 274 people dead; and they are as follows:

81 civilians, including eight women and 18 children.

84 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services.

17 men accused of “involving in drug business.”

Five members of the Russian-backed 8th Brigade.

17 ISIS members, including a commander.

58 members of local factions.

Eight persons collaborating with the Lebanese Hezbollah.

A regime dissident colonel.

Two unidentified persons.

A leader of a group working for Iranian-backed militias.
