While attempting to break up clashes between two families | Displaced man from Deir Ezzor killied in northern Aleppo

Aleppo province: A displaced man in his thirties from Deir Ezzor city was shot dead, while attempting to break up clashes between two families in Al-Rayyan camp in Shamarin village in northern Aleppo in “Euphrates Shield” area which is controlled by Turkish forces and their proxy factions.

It is worth noting that the clashes erupted between a family from Mare’ city in north Aleppo countryside and Al-Sheikh Issa family.

This comes as a part of the escalating security chaos and proliferation of arms in “Euphrates Shield” area.

On January 12, SOHR sources reported that armed clashes renewed between “Al-Zarkat” and “Al-Jais” Tribes in Jarablus City within “Euphrates Shield” area in eastern Aleppo countryside, following the renewal of an old vendetta, where members of “Al-Zarkat” Tribe fired and “RPG” shell on the house of a member of “Al-Zarkat” Tribe and clashes with medium and light weapons erupted.
