Further details of fatalities, documented by SOHR, can be summarised as follows:

 

  • First lieutenant of the regime Internal Security Forces died of the wounds he had sustained in a car-bomb explosion near the police station in Barzah neighbourhood in the capital, Damascus.

 

  • A 35-year-old civilian was killed in Turkish bombardment on Tel Al-Laban village in Tel Tamr town in north-western Al-Hasakah.

 

  • A regime captain was shot dead by a sniper of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operations room on a frontline in west Aleppo countryside.

 

  • A female leader, who was responsible for economic affairs in Kobani, and her driver were killed in an attack by a Turkish drone on their car on the M4 highway near Hamdoun village in Ain Al-Arab countryside (Kobani) in eastern Aleppo.

 

  • A three-year-old boy was stabbed to death with a sharp tool by a 25-year-old man in Karasana village in Latakia countryside.

 

  • A regime soldier and a regime-backed militiaman were executed by unknown gunmen, after having been kidnapped in an area between Jabba and Masharah villages in Al-Quneitra countryside.

 

  • A woman in her twenties was found beheaded and her body was mutilated in her house in Ain Issa in northern Al-Raqqah.

 

  • A commander in a regime-backed local faction was found dead in Da’el city in Daraa countryside, as he was shot dead after having been kidnapped and his car having been hijacked.

 

  • A young man was killed by the explosion of a grenade in his possession in his house in Al-Mashjar neighbourhood in Talbiseh city.
