In different ways | Members of Turkish-backed National Army take over properties of civilians of Afrin

Aleppo province: Members of the Turkish-backed Al-Hamza Division felled nearly 20 olive trees in Juwaik village in Afrin countryside, in addition to felling 30 olive trees in Tarnada and Kafrashil villages in Afrin countryside to sell them as heating logs.

Moreover, Al-Hamza Division took over a piece of land near Basota village in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside, to use the land for establishing buildings and sell them to families of members of the faction for cheap prices.

On the same context, members of the National Army sold a house in Al-Ashrafiya neighbourhood in Afrin city for 750 USDs, where the house belongs to a civilian from Kakhira village in Ma’abatly district, in addition to renting houses that were previously taken over, which belongs to people displaced from different areas of Syria.

On the other hand, Suleiman Shah faction “Al-Amshat” instructed its economic committees to start imposing huge royalties on owners of olive pressers in Shaikh Al-Hadid district and Kakhira village in Ma’abatly district, where the value of the royalties reached 1,500 USDs.

A former member of Jaish Al-Islam took over a building in Al-Ashrafiya neighbourhood in Afrin near the industrial area, where the building belongs to a civilian forcibly displaced to northern Aleppo countryside.
