Deir Ezzor | Body of unidentified woman found on Euphrates river bank

Syrian Observatory activists have reported that residents found the body of an unidentified woman dumping on the bank of Euphrates river in Sawa village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor in areas controlled by SDF.

The woman has been taken to Kasra hospital by “Asayish” internal security forces to know her identity.

This crime comes in light of the ongoing chaos and insecurity that pervade the entire Syrian territory.

On May 7, SOHR activists monitored a new murder in SDF-held areas, where residents found two bodies with their hands tied in a store in the industrial area in Al-Mashlab neighbourhood in Al-Raqqa city, a week after they went missing.

Meanwhile the Internal Security Forces “Al-Asayesh” interfered and imposed a security cordon in the area to investigate the murder.

It is worth noting that the victims were displaced from Homs city.
