New horrific crime | Father shoots dead his two children in Masyaf countryside

Hama governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources have reported a horrific crime this morning, where a man in the village of Khan Galmedoun in Jeb Ramla district in Masyaf countryside killed his two children by shooting them directly.

According to Syrian Observatory sources, the bodies of the two children arrived at the national hospital of Masyaf, while sources said that the father suffered from mental disorders and was arrested previously for attempting suicide by a grenade.

On December 12, reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory that a member of the regime-backed “National Defence Forces” (NDF) known by his initials as M.S. was arrested yesterday for “raping and killing a girl” in Halfaya city on Wednesday, December 9.

According to local sources, the girl, who was displaced from a village in the northern countryside of Hama, was raped, killed by gunshots at the head and dumped in an abandoned house in Halfaya city where her body were found yesterday.

A day earlier, SOHR sources reported that a 16-year-old girl from Murek city was found dead and dumped in an abandoned house in Halfaya city which is under the control of regime forces and loyalists. It is worth noting that the girl went missing a few days earlier, while medical sources have confirmed that she was killed two days earlier.

It is worth noting that the areas of northern countryside of Hama, southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, which are under the control of regime forces and militiamen backed by Russia and Iran, are witnessing growing kidnappings, thefts and exploitation of children and women in light of the prevalence of poverty and poor security and service situations.
