Ongoing security campaigns | SDF and “Asayish” arrest ten individuals accused of “belonging to ISIS” and find body inside Al-Hawl camp

Al-Hasakah province: The security campaign launched, on November 6, by the joint forces of SDF and the Internal Security Forces “Asayish” with support from International Coalition Forces, continues in Al-Hawl camp in southeastern Al-Hasakah, searching for individuals accused of belonging to ISIS cells, those involved in carrying out assassination operations and participants in smuggling “ISIS” members from inside the camp to outside.
In this context, the joint forces arrested ten people for belonging to ISIS cells during a raid inside Al-Hawl camp.
The forces also found the decomposed body of an unidentified woman, showing signs of physical torture, inside the migrants’ section. She had been killed earlier by women known as “Hisbah.”
They also discovered two trenches used to hide weapons and military equipment, as well as what is known as ‘Cubs of the Caliphate’ inside the same section.
It is worth noting that the joint forces began campaigning the first part of camp, amid the continued search operation in the migrants’ section inside Al-Hawl camp.
