Amid blocking roads | Local factions and State Security forces clash in Daraa countryside

Daraa province: Clashes, with weapons and RPGs, renewed for the second consecutive day between local factions and State Security forces in Inkhil city in northern Daraa countryside around the State Security branch, where the local factions damaged an armored vehicle by targeting it with an RPG.
Meanwhile, gunmen blocked Jassim–Inkhil and Jassim –Namr roads in northern Daraa to exert pressure on regime forces to release a young man from Al-Kark Al-Sharqiy town of who was arrested about a week ago at Al-Santer checkpoint in southern Damascus.
This coincided with a state of high tension and ongoing security chaos in the region. However, no casualties have been reported.

Since early 2024, SOHR activists have documented 306 incidents of security disorder in Daraa province, which left 288 people dead; and they are as follows:

* 83 civilians, including eight women and 19 children.

* 88 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services.

* 21 men accused of “involving in drug business.”

* Six members of the Russian-backed 8th Brigade.

* 17 ISIS members, including a commander.

* 61 members of local factions.

* Nine persons collaborating with the Lebanese Hezbollah.

* A regime dissident colonel.

* Two unidentified persons.
