Demanding open frontlines with regime forces | Dozens of people participate in protests in Idlib and Aleppo countryside
Dozens of people from Ariha, Kafr Takharim, Qurqaneiya, Binnish, Deir Hassan and camps in western Atamah in Idlib countryside and Al-Saharah and Al-Atareb in western Aleppo countryside, went out in protests against HTS and its leader Abu Mohammad Al-Julani, demanding opening of frontlines against regime forces, releasing of detainees in HTS prisons and putting end to security abuses against civilians.
The protesters lifted placards with slogans written on them that read: “those who stood against Al-Assad regime and its intelligence see Al-Julani and his security forces as nothing more than a small obstacle,” “we will bring down anyone who stands in the way of overthrowing the regime,” “Opening normalization crossings and freezing the frontlines is an unforgivable crime for those aligned with the reconciliation regime,” “the fighters must reclaim their decision-making power, take back their weapons, and open the coastal front to overthrow the regime in Damascus,” “our Revolution today is more aware, so any battle not directed at Damascus and the coast is deception, blatant trade and a drain on the fighters,” “our victory lies in reclaiming our decision-making power.”
On November 1, SOHR sources reported that dozens of people from Idlib city, Kafr Takharim, Ariha, Armanaz and Qurqaneiya in Idlib countryside and Al-Bab city in eastern Aleppo countryside and Ebein Sam’an in western Aleppo countryside, went out in mass protests, demanding the reopening of frontlines against regime forces, amid chanting slogans against regime and “Abu Mohammad Al-Julani.”
