Security chaos | Civilian kil*led in attack by gunmen in Al-Raqqa City

Al-Raqqa province: Gunmen in a white “Jeep” car of “Al-Afadla” Tribe, targeted a civilian in Ramila neighbourhood in the 16th Street in Al-Raqqa City within SDF-held areas, killing him immediately. This comes as a revenge attack.
