Ongoing military drills | International Coalition Forces and SDF conduct military exercises in Kharab Al-Jeir base

Al-Hasakah province: International Coalition Forces and SDF conducted heavy military exercises in “Kharab Al-Jeir” base in Rumailan countryside in northern Al-Hasakah.

These drills began earlier this morning and lasted until noon, where heavy weapons and anti-aircraft munitions were used against fake targets and drones to rise readiness of the troops in anticipation of any potential attack on the base by Iranian-backed militias in Iraq and Syria.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported hearing loud explosions caused by live-fire exercises conducted by International Coalition Forces in Al-Shaddadi base in south Al-Hasakah countryside. This coincided with flights by Coalition helicopters over the base.
