For “refusing to stop at checkpoint” | Civilian shot dead by “Fourth Division” eastern of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: Members of the “Fourth Division” of Maher Al-Assad opened fire on a vehicle carrying cement, because the driver refused to stop at the checkpoint at outskirts of Al-Qoriya City eastern of Deir Ezzor, where the driver was killed.

On September 26, intermittent clashes erupted in Al-Baghiliya Town western of Deir Ezzor with light weapons between members of a patrol of the regime forces and a wanted person, who is a former defector that underwent reconciliation a year ago, where he was injured by members of the patrol and was arrested.
