Homs | Explosion of two grenades leave one person injured and material damage in Karm Al-Loz neighbourhood
Homs province: SOHR activists in Homs have reported that one person threw two grenades in Nazih Tahlah street in Karm Al-loz neighbourhood inside the city.
The explosion resulted in the injury of the person who threw the grenades, as well as damage to one of the shops and a public car parked near the site of the incident.
Local sources confirmed to SOHR that the sound of the explosion caused panic among civilians who expressed their dissatisfaction with the security situation inside the city.
Regime-held areas are witnessing a state of security chaos in light of the deployment of regime-backed groups and militias supported by the Lebanese “Hezbollah” and Iran, which prevents them from being pursued by the security branches, given that volunteers within the militias have security cards that prevent their arrest and search if weapons and war bombs were found in their possession.
On September 22, three persons were killed, including a member of the gang and two members of the Political Security was killed during a storming operation to a house of Al-Ghanto Village northern of Homs, where the regime forces and the security forces attempted to free a young man, who was kidnapped nearly a month ago by a kidnapping gang.
