Amid escalating tensions in area | Iranian militias raise combat readiness in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: Iranian militias in Al-Bokamal city in Deir Ezzor countryside issued orders to raise the state of combat readiness to confront any possible attack and move to other areas, where vacations were canceled and members who were on vacation were recalled, and the ammunition office issued orders to submit a report explaining the shortage of ammunition among the members, within the framework of full preparations to raise the state of readiness.
This decision comes in light of the increasing tensions in the region and the escalation between Israel and Hezbollah on the southern border of Lebanon.
Iranian-backed militias are flocking to Palmyra city and areas in the Syrian desert, to replace the Lebanese “Hezbollah”, which has continued to withdraw its combat groups since mid-September, to head to the Syrian-Lebanese border area, coinciding with the violent Israeli escalation in Lebanon.
“Hezbollah” evacuated its headquarters in Palmyra city and its vicinity, Al-Qaryatayn and Mahin. The headquarters were taken over by members of the Afghan “Fatmiyoun” Brigade militia, and members who speak Arabic took over the weapons depots in the area.
In Homs countryside, specifically in the northern and western countryside, “Hezbollah” emptied its headquarters and transferred dozens of soldiers from its groups that were stationed in Syria in disguise via civilian vehicles to the Lebanese interior, and kept limited groups to guard the headquarters and depots and protect the vehicles and medical posts.
