56 refugees killed since beginning of war on Gaza | The number of Syrian fatalities in today’s strikes by Israel in Lebanon jumps to 22

A Syrian family of five, a man, his wife and their three children, hailing from Ruwayshid town in northern Deir Ezzor were killed in Israeli strikes on Lebanon.

Also, a man from Maarrat Al-Nu’man city in Idlib countryside was killed Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon.

Accordingly, the number of Syrian refugees who were killed in today’s attacks by Israeli forces in Lebanon has increased to 22, including women and children.

This comes as a part of the Israeli escalation on Lebanon, which is manifested in intensive airstrikes and bombardment.

SOHR had documented the death of four Syrian other families of 16 people in today’s strikes by Israel on Lebanese territory: They are distributed as follows:

  • Three women, a woman and her two daughters, from Al-Amir family hailing from Tel Abyad town in Al-Raqqah countryside were killed in Israeli rocket fire on a house in southern Lebanon. The attack also left three members of the same family seriously injured.

  • Six persons, a man, his house and his four sons, from Al-Yasin family hailing from Maarrat Harma town in Idlib countryside.

  • A little girl from Jendires district was killed in Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon.

  • Five persons, including three children, from Al-Karraf family hailing from Uram Al-Kobra town in the western countryside of Aleppo were killed in Israeli airstrikes on Majdal Salam and Al-Khayyam in southern Lebanon.

  • A young man was killed Israeli strikes on Janoub Beirut suburb (the southern suburb of Beirut).

Accordingly, the number of Syrian refugees killed in Israeli attacks in Lebanon since the beginning of the war on Gaza has increased to 56, including eight women and 16 children, as well as the injury of 21 others.

It is worth noting that Majdal Jendu village in the occupied Syrian Golan has experienced a horrific massacre that left 12 civilians, mostly children, dead. Tel Aviv and the Lebanese Hezbollah accused each others then of committing that massacre.
