IED attack | Unidentified gunmen attack military vehicle of the 15th Brigade in Daraa countryside

Daraa province: Unidentified gunmen attacked with an IED a military vehicle belonging to the 15th Brigade of regime forces on the road connecting Al-Saraya area and the cities of Inkhil and Jassem in northern Daraa countryside, but no casualties were reported.
This coincided with a state of high alert among regime forces in Al-Saraya area to pursue the attackers.

Since early 2024, SOHR activists have documented 257 incidents of security disorder in Daraa province, which left 270 people dead; and they are as follows:

79 civilians, including eight women and 18 children.

83 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services.

17 men accused of “involving in drug business.”

Five members of the Russian-backed 8th Brigade.

17 ISIS members, including a commander.

58 members of local factions.

Seven persons collaborating with the Lebanese Hezbollah.

A regime dissident colonel.

Two unidentified persons.

A leader of a group working for Iranian-backed militias.
