Including three Syrians | Seven people killed under Israeli attack on Misyaf
Three civilians including a man and his son were killed under the Israeli attack on a position on the road between Misyaf and Wady Al-Eyon, while they were inside a car.
Accordingly, the number of casualties has risen to seven people, who are three civilians and four unidentified combatants.
A few hours ago, SOHR activists reported that at least four combatants were killed and 15 others were injured in a primary toll following the attack on Misyaf area in south western Hama countryside.
The attacked caused the destruction of buildings and military centres in the area of scientific researches in Misyaf, in addition to fire in forest areas on Misyaf Road in Wady Al-Eyon and Heir Abbas area.
Meanwhile, some missiles landed in residential areas, villages and populated farms. However, no casualties were reported.
Moreover, missiles landed on Samaka Village in Khirbat Al-Me’aza district in Tartus countryside and another in Al-Majd district, causing material damages.
Airforce Defence systems of the regime forces attempted to block violent Israeli attack on three rounds, targeting military positions of the regime forces in western Hama countryside, where Iranian militias are stationed.
Earlier today, 13 explosions were heard in the area of the scientific researches in Misyaf western of Hama, while two Israeli missiles were fired on two positions in Al-Zawy area in Misyaf countryside causing fire, while Israeli missiles were fired on a position on Misyaf Road in Wady Al-Eyon and another position in Heir Abbas area, while ambulance vehicles rushed to targeted areas to move injured people.
SOHR documented 64 attacks in 2024: 47 airstrikes and 17 rocket attacks by ground forces, during which Israel targeted several positions in Syria, destroying nearly 138 targets, including buildings, weapons and ammunitions warehouses, headquarters, centres and vehicles. These strikes killed 191 combatants and injured 125 others. The fatalities are distributed as follows:
* 24 Iranian members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.
* 38 members of the Lebanese Hezbollah.
* 18 Iraqi persons.
* 48 Iranian-backed Syrian militiamen.
* 17 Iranian-backed non-Syrian militiamen.
* 42 regime soldiers.
* Four unidentified people in Misyaf.
In addition, those attacks left 20 civilians, including a little girl and four women, dead and nearly 36 other civilians injured.
The attacks are distributed regionally as follows:
* Damascus and Rif Dimashq: 24 attacks.
* Daraa: 16 attacks.
* Homs: Ten attacks.
* Al-Quneitra: Six attacks.
* Tartus: Three attack.
* Deir Ezzor: One attack.
* Aleppo: Two attacks.
* Hama: Four attack.
SOHR would like to point out that Israel sometimes targeted more than one province in a single attack.
