Absence of Iran-backed militias | US forces and “SDF” conduct military exercises in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: The “International Coalition” forces and SDF conducted military exercises simulating drone attacks and firing live ammunition in the base in “Koniko” Gas Field northern of Deir Ezzor, coinciding with firing of advanced missiles towards “Al-Johaif” Hill and the desert and firing of flare grenades over Al-Ezba Town, with the participation of the US warplanes and fighter jets amid flight of helicopters over the region.

Meanwhile, these forces conducted joint military exercises in the base of Al-Omar Oil Field, amid flight of US helicopters over the base.

Earlier today, military convoy of American forces set off from Al-Omar oil field base, east of Deir Ezzor, which is the largest base in Syria, towards the American base in Koniko factory, opposite the areas held by Iranian-backed militias on the western bank of the Euphrates River, coinciding with the flight of helicopters in the air to provide protection for the convoy.
