In 2024 | 86 people kil*led and injured in 40 security chaos cases in H*T*S-held areas

Cases of security chaos have been increasing in HTS-held areas, causing fear and panic among civilians in the region and leaving casualties including women and children in light of widespread of weapons and lack of law action.

SOHR activists documented the death and injury of 86 civilians and military combatants in 40 cases of security chaos within areas of HTS and factions in Idlib and surrounding countryside.
