Ongoing military drills | International Coalition Forces and SDF conduct joint military exercises at Koniko gas field base

Deir Ezzor province: International Coalition Forces, in cooperation with SDF, conducted military exercises with live ammunition at Koniko gas field base in northern Deir Ezzor countryside, where several explosions were heard in the region, as a result of the use of heavy weapons. This coincided with attacking fake targets, where this round of military drills comes as a part of ongoing efforts to rise combat readiness of the Coalition’s troops.

The “International Coalition” and “SDF” continue to conduct  joint military exercises with live ammunition within their areas, to improve the skills of fighters and raise their combat readiness in fear of any potential attacks by Iranian militias.

On July 10, SOHR sources reported that the “International Coalition” and “SDF” conducted joint military exercises with live ammunition and anti-aircraft weapons in Koniko Field northern of Deir Ezzor City, to raise the combat readiness of their soldiers.
