After being arrested for nearly year and half | Detainee kil*led under brutal torturing in regime prisons

Al-Suwaydaa province: A civilian was killed under brutal torturing inside security prisons of the regime after being arrested for more than a year and half.

The civilian hails from Al-Rahha Town in Al-Suwaydaa countryside and was arrested by security services of the regime forces for unknown reasons, while his parents were informed of his death by mediators of security services, and his body was not handed over to the parents.

According to SOHR statistics, the number of people who have died under torture in regime prisons and security centres since early 2024 has reached 33, including a political activist, a writer, a university student, an engineer and a civilian holding American citizenship.
