After years of detention | Young man dies under torture in regime’s prisons

Daraa province: A young man from Jasem city in Daraa countryside died under physical and psychological torture in a regime prison in Damascus, after being detained for years.

According to SOHR statistics, the number of people who have died under torture in regime prisons and security centres since early 2024 has reached 19, including a political activist, a writer, a university student and an engineer
