Escalating crime rate | 25 murder crimes leave 29 people dead since early April in areas controlled by regime forces and SDF

Regime-held areas and SDF-held areas have witnessed noticeable escalation of murder crimes, where these crimes leave sometimes more than one person dead in a single crime.
Security chaos, deteriorating living and economic conditions, widespread of unemployment are the most prominent factors leading to those crimes.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has monitored and tracked the murder crimes since the beginning of April, documenting 25 crimes which left 29 people fatalities, including five women and a child.
Those murder crimes can be distributed, according to zones of influence, as follows:

Regime-held areas: 18 murder crimes left 21 fatalities, including four women; they are distributed regionally as follows:
Daraa: Five murder crimes left five men dead.

Rif Dimashq: Seven murder crimes left seven men and three women dead.
Aleppo: One murder crime left a man and a woman dead.
Homs: One murder crime left a man dead.
Tartus: One murder crime left a man dead.
Al-Suwaidaa: One murder crime left a man dead.
Hama: One murder crime left a man dead

Areas controlled by Autonomous Administration: seven murder crimes left eight people including a woman and a child, they are distributed regionally as follows:

Al-Hasakah: Three murder crimes left two men and a woman dead.
Deir Ezzor: Three murder crimes left four men dead.
Al-Raqqah: One murder crime left a child dead.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) renew its calls upon all international actors to find a lasting solution to the tragedy of millions of Syrians and bring Al-Assad, his affiliates and all those responsible for violations and those who aided and abetted the killing of Syrian people to justice.
