For “refusing to marry a member of Al-Sultan Murad” | Trukish-backed gu*nmen thwart girl’s escape and shoot civilian

Aleppo province: A member of Al-Sultan Murad Faction opened fire directly on a civilian in his car in Al-Ziyadiya Neighbourhood in Afrin, where the civilian was injured and arrested by Turkish-backed factions.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the young man was transporting a girl that was being pressured by a member of Al-Sultan Murad Faction, for “refusing to marry him.” The member threatened the girl and her family to accept his marriage proposal, forcing her to leave the area towards her relatives.

Earlier today, a young man killed his brother due to a family dispute between them that evolved to the use of weapons, in Jalmah village in the western countryside of Jinderes in Afrin, within “Olive Branch” area which is controlled by Turkish forces and their proxies.
Weapons are widespread among civilians throughout Syria’s different regions, in light of the absence of law, resulting in the increase of the crime rate, without any legal accountability, to limit its spread.
