Drone attack | Unidentified drones attack military post and vehicle belonging to Iranian-backed militias near Syria-Iraq border

Deir Ezzor province: Unidentified drones attacked a military post and a 4×4 vehicle belonging to Iranian-backed militias on the vicinity of Al-Salhiyah town in Al-Bokamal countryside in eastern Deir Ezzor near the border with Iraq. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

On October 9, SOHR sources reported that violent explosions were heard as a result of airstrikes by unidentified planes on positions in Al-Bokamal countryside near borders between Syria and Iraq.

The airstrikes attacked a convoy of the Iranian militias near illegal smuggling crossings used by Iranian militias to transport between Syria and Iraq, in addition to attacks on positions of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in the vicinity of Al-Bokamal on borders with Iraq.
