After being forced to marry | Minor girl ends her life by throwing herself from top of building in Aleppo

Aleppo province: A 15 years-old minor girl committed suicide by throwing herself from the top of a high residential building in Al-Bab city within areas of Turkish factions in eastern Aleppo countryside, after she was forced to marry a person displaced from Homs and is much older than her.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the father of the girl is dead and her mother is married to another man and her grandfather forced her to marry against her will, as she was living with him in his house, forcing her to commit suicide.

On April 30, a 17 years-old child committed suicide by hanging himself with a rope inside his house in Al-Bab city north eastern of Aleppo, with no information regarding the reasons behind his suicide, where investigations about the details of the incident are still ongoing.

It is worth noting that he is from Idlib province.
