Refusing “international rapprochement with Syrian regime” | protest staged in Afrin demanding overthrow regime and opposition interim government

Aleppo province: Afrin city which is controlled by Turkish forces and factions of “Olive branch” operations room in the north-western countryside of Aleppo, staged a protest yesterday evening, refusing the international rapprochement with the Syrian regime. The protesters demanded overthrowing the regime and the opposition interim government which is led by Abdulrahman Mustafa, they also burned pictures of Mustafa and Bashar Al-Assad the president of the regime.
On March 23, SOHR reported that angry protests continued in Jinderes district in Afrin countryside for the fourth consecutive day, in front of houses of the victims of civilians who were shot dead by members of Ahrar Al-Sharqiya, amid chants demanding to expel the Turkish-backed factions from the region.
This came as confirmation on their demands to hold the murderers of the four civilians accountable and to achieve justice, where the protestors confirmed the necessity of standing together and impose international protection over the region to put an end to the violations committed against the civilians by Turkish-backed factions.
