Turkish drone attack | Five regime soldiers ki*lled by airstrike on military post near Russian base north of Aleppo

Aleppo province: Five regime soldiers were killed by a Turkish drone strike that hit a military post in Kashtar village in Sharan district in Afrin countryside, north-west of Aleppo province, where a Russian military base is located.

The death toll is believed to rise as there are other regime soldiers critically injured.

Meanwhile, Turkish forces stationed at Kaljburban base continue to shell the villages of Maranaz, Al-Malikiyah, Al-Shawargha, Meng military airport, the vicinity of Tel Rifaat and Al-Sheikh Issa in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, Turkish aircraft carried out intensive airstrikes, targeting areas where Kurdish and regime forces are deployed in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Turkish airstrikes hit positions at Meng military airport, Al-Shawargha, Maranaz and Al-Malikiyah. No casualties were reported.
