Syrian desert | Nearly 30 Russian airstrikes hit ISIS hideouts in 24 hours

Russian fighter jets have carried out nearly 30 airstrikes, targeting ISIS hideouts and hotbeds in the Syrian desert. Russian airstrikes hit Al-Rusafah desert, south-west of Al-Raqqah, and the vicinity of an archaeological area in the far north-east of Hama. No casualties have been reported.

Accordingly, the number of Russian airstrikes that hit different areas in the Syrian desert since early July has risen to 180.
This comes amid a marked decline in military and aerial operations throughout the Syrian desert.
