Syrian desert | Man injured in landmine explosion in 55-kilometre zone
SOHR activists have reported the explosion of a landmine of remnants of war on the outskirts of a 55-kilometre zone deep in the Syrian desert in areas controlled by International coalition and Maghawer Al-Thawrah forces, injuring a man from Al-Qaryaten city in the countryside of Homs.
On March 7, SOHR activists documented the death of two faction members in an explosion of a cluster bomb of remnants of the previous bombing on Kabbana frontline in Latakia countryside.
On February 27, SOHR activists documented the death of an HTS commander, while he was trying to plant landmines near the frontlines in the vicinity of Darat Azza in the western Aleppo countryside.
The victim was a commander in Ahrar Al-Sham movement, before joining the ranks of HTS as head of Aleppo’s section.
