After attacking weapons shipment a few days ago | Israeli missiles target Iranian-backed militias’ positions in western Damascus

SOHR sources have reported a new Israeli attack in Syrian territory, as several missiles fired by Israeli forces from the occupied Palestine, in the early hours of Wednesday morning, hit positions in Zakiyah area in the western Rif Dimashq. According to SOHR sources, the targeted positions host weapons and ammunition warehouses affiliated to the Iranian-backed militias, as well as headquarters of the 4th Divisions. However, no casualties have been reported.

 

On October 30, SOHR activists confirmed that five militiamen of the Lebanese Hezbollah and Iranian-backed militias were killed in today’s fire attacks with surface-to-surface missiles fire from Israel, which targeted a weapon and ammunition shipment belonging to the Lebanese Hezbollah and Iranian-backed militias. However, the nationalities of the fatalities remained unknown. It is worth noting that the shipment was targeted and destroyed completely in the area of al-Demas and Qudsiya in the north-west of Damascus, while it was heading to Lebanon.

 

While on October 25, SOHR activists reported that an Israeli jet targeted, with two missiles, two military centres of regime forces and their proxies at the outskirts of al-Ba’ath city and al-Koroum village in al-Quniterah province, which caused material damage. However, no further details were reported about the number of casualties caused by the recent attack.
