On charges of affiliation to ISIS | International Coalition air drop killed three persons in east Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that the International Coalition forces have carried out an air drop in the early hours of Sunday at the vicinity of al-Shayhal countryside in east Deir Ezzor countryside. The attack has killed three persons who were accused of affiliating and working for ISIS and the forces also arrested two other with the same charges.

On Sept. 23, SOHR sources reported that SDF Special Units and Counter-Terrorism Special Units (H.A.T.) stormed the villages of Abu Khashab town in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, backed by helicopters of the International Coalition, where they arrested eight people for “dealing with the factions of the Turkish-backed National Army and ISIS cells”. Moreover, SDF carried out a security campaign in al-Jasimi village in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor on the previous day, with Coalition air support, arresting four people for “belonging to ISIS cells”.
