IS commits a massacre in al- Hasakah on the eve of Nowruz Festival

Al- Hasakah Province: The number of people who were killed when an IS militant blew himself up in a celebration for the Kurdish people in the festival of Nowruz in the neighborhood of al- Mofti in the city of al- Hasakah has risen to 33, including 5 children at least and some women. The death of toll is expected to rise because there are dozens of injured people in critical situation.

IS militants launched some shells targeting YPG- held areas in the south of Tal Hamis.
