IS stones a man to death for “Homosexual” charge

SOHR was informed that the IS slaughtered and beheaded a man in the eastern countryside of Homs in the charge of dealing with regime forces. IS stoned a man to death in the charge of “Homosexual” in the presence of dozens of civilians east of Homs.
