1500 killed or wounded by al-Assad air strike in April

SOHR documented more than 1429 air strikes by regime warplanes and helicopters on areas around Syria in the past 12 days, since the 1t of April to this morning.

Warplanes carried out no less than 618 air raids targeted areas in Damacus, Der-Ezzor, Hasakah, Quneitra, Reef Dimashq, Aleppo, Hama, Lattakia, Idlib and Dar’a.

Helicopters dropped no less than 811 explosive barrels on areas in Damascus, Raqqa, Reef Dimashq, Aleppo, Hama, Lattakia,Quneitra, Idlib and Der-Ezzor

184 civilians were killed ( 58 children and 34 women  in addition to 16 men ),  while no less than 1300 others were wounded and seriously wounded in addition to material damages in civilians properties .

Regime air strikes also killed fighters in Jabhat al-Nusra, rebel and Islamic battalions, and IS. We in SOHR believe that the number of casualties in these parties is more than hour number due to the secrecy in these parties on their losses.
