The regime forces execute people before retreating from the city of Idlib
Idlib Province: Cross- cutting reported to SOHR that an Islamist faction executed a man by shooting him in Ras al- Soq area in the town of Saraqeb. They said that they arrested him during the clashes with the regime forces in the city of Idlib.
9 bodies of people were found in a regime prison where the fighters said that the regime forces killed them before seizing the whole city of Idlib by Jabhat al- Nusra, Jund al- Aqsa Organization, Ahrar al- Sham and other Islamist factions.
Clashes took place between the regime forces, backed by local militiamen, against Jabhat al- Nusra, the rebels and Islamist battalions in the vicinity of the two towns of al- Fo’ah and Kefraya which are inhabited by Shiite people leading to kill 5 fighters from the Islamist factions and information about casualties on the regime forces ranks.
