A Shura Council in the city of Aleppo declares that the banner of “there is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah” is the only banner that represents them

Aleppo Province: SOHR received a copy of a footage where “the Shura Council of the two neighborhoods of al- Marjah and Bab al- Nayrab have declared its disavowal of all banners and that what represents them is “the clear banner”. The statement announced that “we as the Shura Council of the two neighborhoods of al- Marjah and Bab al- Nayrab have declared that the only banner that represents us is the “clear banner” that is the banner of “There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah”. We have declared our disavowal of all other banners and considered that the people who represent us are the Mujahedin and those who station in trenches who have sacrificed their souls to defend our land and to raise our flag; there is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. However, those who have stayed in hotels outside the country and taken the price of our martyrs’ blood do not represent us at all.”

 

More shells landed on the city of Aleppo, initial information reported that some people were wounded.
