45 killed by al-Hasakah explosions

Al- Hasakah Province: The number of people who were killed when an IS militant blew himself up in a celebration for the Kurdish people in the festival of Nowruz in the neighborhood of al- Mofti in the city of al- Hasakah has risen to 45 , including 5 children at least and some women. The death of toll is expected to rise because there are dozens of injured people in critical situation. Clashes took place in Tal Khenzir, confirmed reports of losses in both sides.
