4000 displaced people suffer from poor conditions in al- Shaddadi City

Al- Hasakah Province: Sporadic clashes took place between IS and YPG near the town of Tal Tamer .

 

A loud explosion was heard near al- Thaura Park in the city of al- Hasakah caused by explosion of a booby- trapped motorcycle leading to kill 2 members of the regime forces while others were wounded.

 

Reliable resources reported to SOHR that 4000 civilians had reached to the IS- held city of al- Shaddadi in the south of al- Hasakah City. Those civilians displaced due to the clashes between YPG and al- Sanadid Army against IS militants in Tal Hamis, Jaz’ah and Tal Brak. The displaced people suffered from bad humanitarian conditions due to lack of services and water as well as due to the high prices of food. IS has also impose curfew after al- Ishaa Prayer as well as they inform people not to put mask in the city and carrying what they prove their identities.
