SOHR was informed that the IS crucified 4 men in Abo al-Hol town southeast of al-Hasakah, the IS said that they were bandits and clashed against IS in al-Hasakah countryside they crucified them after killing them, 4 men allied to the regime were lost earlier, it is still unknown whether they are the same men who were killed by the IS or not.
