“No executions among Assyrians so far,” reliable sources reports to SOHR

Reliable sources informed SOHR that notables and elders of Arab tribes had met with one of the Christians clergies in order to mediate to realease the Assyrian citizens, while Assyrian leaderships informed SOHR that they could communicate with a brother of an IS jurist who informed them that IS has not execute any of the Assyrians yet and that they considered them “the people of the dhimma” (non- Muslims citizens in the Islamic state) and that they have to pay “Jizya” and that the court of al- Shaddadi will make decision on this case.
