IS executes 9 men in al-Raqqa countryside

al-Raqqa province: Reliable sources reported to SOHR that the Islamic court in IS cut off the hand of a civilian yesterday for stealing a motorbike near al-Jazra turning northwest of al-Raqqa in the presence of dozens of civilians. SOHR was informed that the IS executed 9 men including 5 Kurdish men in Tal Abyad area, the IS said that some of them were armed and allied to the YPG while the rests were a cell.
