ISIS video shows boy executing alleged Russian spies in Syria

ISIS released a video Tuesday purporting to show a young boy executing two men accused of being informants for the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (known as FSB). The video is narrated in Russian and opens with the interrogation of one of the men, who says he is a Kazakh citizen. He says he was recruited by Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) to get close to an unnamed ISIS fighter.

The second man, who does not give his nationality but says he worked for the FSB in Russia previously, says he was tasked with killing an unnamed ISIS fighter.

Both men say they were told to collect and transmit information about ISIS fighters in Syria.

The video shows an IS boy of an Asian nationality shotting the two men.

It is worth mention that SOHR reported  that 19 men, the vast majority Russians, joined Islamic State Organization in Syria in late December, 2014.

The sources confirmed to SOHR that 19 men at least arrived on the Turkish territories as batches on pretext of celebrating New Year in Turkey, and then these groups moved successively to border areas adjacent to the northern eastern countryside of Aleppo where they gathered and entered within 2 groups to the IS- held area of al- Ra’i. The two groups could arrive on the city of al- Bab.

IS gathered and transferred them from the city of al- Bab to the stronghold of IS in the city of al- Raqqa in preparation for joining them to IS training camps.
