IS seizes houses owned by fighters of rebel and Islamic battalions in the town of Dabeq

Reliable sources reported to SOHR that IS in the town of Dabeq located in the northeast of Aleppo seized some empty houses. The sources informed SOHR that these houses are owned by fighters of the rebel and Islamic battalions who are fighting IS. In addition to, IS demanded from the tenants rent contracts, and they asked from those who do not have rent contracts to evacuate the houses during short time while they ordered those who have such contracts to evacuate the houses when the lease is done, where they accused the owners of these houses of being “apostates”.

It is worth mentioning that IS took control over the town of Dabeq in 8/13/2014, after violent clashes with the rebel and Islamic battalions during a battle called “taking revenge for the chaste women”. They claimed that this battle came to take revenge of our chaste sisters who were raped by the rebel fighters in the city of Aleppo and Tal Ref’at. In that time, IS galvanized its fighters into “a religious triumphant battle” in Dabeq and demanded from them to be steady and brave in the clashes because they consider that “ the Battle of Dabeq” are going to be  the starting point for the Islamic armies to control the world and fighting the Rom ( Christian Armies). They rely on a Hadith talks about the events of this battle between the Islamic armies and the Rom armies that is going to take place in Dabeq.
