Dozens of IS militants come into Syria from Iraq due to the clashes erupting in Iraq

Al- Hasakah Province: SOHR knew that violent  clashes took place between YPG and IS in Abo Qasayeb area in the countryside of Tal Hmis in the south of al- Qameshli city. Other violent clashes took place between YPG and NDF at the regime checkpoints of Abo al- Qasayeb area. Information reported an advance for IS in the area, where they took control over wide parts of the area. The clashes in al- Qasayeb area resulted death of 3 YPG fighters, casualties on IS side and death of some memebrs of NDF.

Meanwhile, cross- cutting sources reported to SOHR that dozens of IS militants had entered from the Iraqi territories to the eastern countryside of al- Hasakah as a result of the clashes in Iraq.
