Clashes between al-Muhajrin and al-Ansar in Der-Ezzor for the position of “al-Khair State” Wali

Trusted sources reported to SOHR that Amer al-Rafdan the former Amir of “al-Khair State”  and he is originally from Jadid Akidat town in Der-Ezzor, asked ISIS to re-assigned as a Wali of al-Khair State, after isolating him by the IS earlier and assigning an Iraqi Wali, the IS refused saying that ” most of fighters in the IS in Der-Ezzor are Non-Syrian fighters ” Mohajrin ” and it is not fair to assign a Syrian Wali on a state with a majority of “Mohajrin”.

The sources confirmed to SOHR that Amer al-Rafdan is making connections with Syrian rebel and Islamic fighters who clashes with ISIS earlier, in order to make them hand their weapons and join the IS, in an attempt by al-Rafdan to rise the majority of Syrians in the IS, but the fighters refused to join the IS .

Same sources also reported that disagreements are taking place in Der-Ezzor between Syrian and Non-Syrian fighters, because the Non-Syrian fighters are taking more leadership positions in the IS, while the majority of fighters who were killed around the military airport of Der-Ezzor are Syrian fighters.

Reports that the IS detained 18 fighters from rebel and Islamic battalions in the eastern countryside of Der-Ezzor, who fought the IS earlier and gave up the fight. the IS also took over a house belongs to a commander in a rebel battalion in al-Ashara city and turned it to a security center
